3 Step High Pressure Cleaner Process:
|
 |
Step1
First we apply a customized biodegradable cleaning solution necessary to loosen the bond between your hard surface and mould, mildew, moss etc. Skipping this step often leads to a very average result. |
 |
Step 2
Solutions in order to be most effective require agitation! That's why we then manually scrubs your hard surface lifting and breaking the surface bond. Despite all progress in mechanics, its amazing just how effective a little manual labour can be! |
 |
Step 3
It is not until the final stage that we employ the high pressure cleaner. This ensures the most thorough and comprehensive clean possible. This is where special tools like a lance or surface cleaner are employed to really wash away build up. |
Dirt Goes Depper Than The Naked Eye!
The key to selecting a high pressure cleaner Sydney and house washing provider is whether algae, mould and mildew is removed all the way down to the root. This will allow your surface to stay cleaner for longer. Microscopic living spores quickly take root and re-infest the area when simply blasting away the top layer with a domestic or entry level high pressure cleaner unit! We Never Compromise On Quality!
High Pressure Cleaner Acronyms.
PSI or pounds per square inch. Used to describe the output pressure from the pump. The higher the PSI, the greater the pressure. A high pressure cleaner in excess of 3000 PSI is usually sufficient for the majority of domestic tasks.
LPM or litres per minute. Refers to the actual water flow. The higher the LPM, the more consitent the clean as well as a reduction in the time spent cleaning. Most domestic high pressure cleaner units advertise PSI with no mention of LPM. The flow is just as critical as the PSI. Professional commercial units operate in excess of 21 LPM.
CU or cleaning units gives a better perspective on a high pressure cleaner. It is simply PSI multiplied by LPM.
